Corporate Events

Corporate celebrations that land with the room.

Brand activations, opening ceremonies, and destination finales — produced to a level of polish that reads as a hospitality-grade production.

Family owned and operated since 1993, Southwest Fireworks helps companies across Arizona create unforgettable celebrations — brand activations, opening ceremonies, and destination finales — from our Scottsdale base.

Corporate displays sit in the same execution class as our resort work — the audience expects polish, the timing is often tight, and the moment is one part of a broader program.

We plan every corporate engagement around the message the company wants the moment to carry, the venue it's produced in, and the approvals the location requires.

Planning Process

How your display comes together.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Program goals, venue, guest experience, and the moment the display needs to punctuate.

  2. 02

    Site & approvals

Site walk, sightline plan, and coordination with the venue and the AHJ.

  3. 03

    Design

Program designed to the program clock — pacing, effect palette, optional music sync, finale build.

  4. 04

    Production

Crewed setup, integration with the event production team, live firing, and full site restoration.

  5. 05

    Debrief

Post-event review and, where applicable, planning for the next event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for corporate events.

Can you produce a display at an off-site or non-traditional venue?
Often yes, subject to a site walk and coordination with the AHJ. Warehouses, industrial properties, resort grounds, ranches, and event centers are common corporate venues.
How tight can we cue the display to the program?
Precisely. Displays timed to a specific speaker cue, musical moment, or program transition are standard corporate engagements.
Do you work with our event production company?
Yes. We integrate cleanly with an existing event production team and can coordinate on timing, communications, and load-in schedule.
Can this be done indoors or with close-proximity effects?
Close-proximity effects — appropriate to the venue and approved by the AHJ — are available. Fully indoor pyrotechnics are a separate discipline; we'll advise honestly during discovery.
How much lead time is typical for a corporate event?
Two to four months is comfortable for most corporate engagements. Larger destination programs benefit from more lead time.
