We plan around the specific venue and event you're producing — sightlines, safe firing positions, spectator placement, weather monitoring, and coordination with the applicable authorities. What we document
Displays operate under written, event-specific documentation that reflects the site, the show design, and the requirements of the applicable authorities. We can walk risk managers, venue teams, and event owners through what applies to their specific event during the quoting process.
Southwest Fireworks is licensed with the ATF for display fireworks, carries DOT-compliant transport documentation, and maintains $5 million in professional fireworks liability insurance through Lloyd's of London. Every shooter is listed as an ATF employee possessor. Specific certificates and additional-insured wording are tailored to the jurisdiction, venue, and scope of each event.
